Through the appointment form: your full name, phone number, email address, treatment of interest, and message. Through the AI chat assistant: your chat content. While browsing: basic technical data such as browser type and your language/theme preference.
Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed to evaluate and respond to appointment requests, answer your questions, and fulfill our legal obligations, based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK relating to the data controller's legitimate interest and to the establishment or performance of a contract.
Data Transfers
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your contact details reach us through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Our website analytics and AI assistant rely to a limited extent on Google and Google Gemini infrastructure. Your data is not shared with other third parties except where legally required.
Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by applicable law and/or for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing, after which it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Your Rights under KVKK Article 11
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn whether it is used for its intended purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK, and request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
